Introduction
These Terms & Conditions are the agreement between you and Loopfold Studio covering your use of ArrowGo, our puzzle game for Android and iOS.
Loopfold Studio also publishes studio-wide Terms that apply across our games. This page governs ArrowGo specifically; where the two differ, this page wins for this game.
How we handle information is a separate document: the ArrowGo Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or playing ArrowGo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game — and if you have already installed it, uninstalling is all that is needed to end this agreement.
Your use of the game is also subject to the terms of the app store you obtained it from. Those terms apply alongside these, and they govern the download, the store account and any payment.
Eligibility
You may use the game if you are able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you are below that age, you may use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
ArrowGo is a calming puzzle game designed for general audiences of all ages. It contains no violence, mature themes, user-generated content, or open communication features.
Use of the Game
ArrowGo is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Play it as much as you like, on any device you own or control.
The Daily Puzzle is deterministically generated on your device based on the calendar date, requiring no multi-player servers.
Licence to Use the Game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use ArrowGo on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This is a licence, not a sale. We keep ownership of the game and everything in it. The licence lasts as long as you comply with these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
While using the game, please do not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the game, except to the extent the law expressly permits despite this restriction
- modify the game, or distribute modified copies of it
- copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or otherwise commercially exploit the game or its assets
- remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice
- use cheats, automation or other tools to interfere with how the game works
- use the game in any way that breaks the law where you are
Intellectual Property
ArrowGo, its name, its artwork, its music and sound, its puzzle design and its code are owned by Loopfold Studio or used under licence, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
These Terms give you no right to use our names, logos or branding beyond playing the game as intended.
You are welcome to make and share screenshots, recordings and videos of your own play, including on streaming and video platforms, provided you do not present them as official or use them to imply that we endorse you.
Game Content
In-game items, levels, themes, achievements, streaks and progress are part of the game experience. They are not property, they carry no monetary value, and they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged outside the game.
We may add, change, rebalance or retire game content as the game develops. We will not do so arbitrarily, but a game that never changes is a game that never improves.
Updates and Changes
We may release updates that fix problems, add content or change how parts of the game work. Your app store handles delivery of updates according to your settings.
Older versions may stop working correctly over time, particularly as operating systems change. Keeping the game updated is the best way to avoid that.
Availability
We provide ArrowGo on an "as available" basis. We may change it, suspend it, or stop distributing it, and we may withdraw it from a particular store or region.
Because the game runs entirely on your device, a copy you have already installed will generally keep working even if we stop distributing it.
Purchases and In-App Purchases
ArrowGo offers optional premium upgrades (such as "ArrowGo Pro"), available as auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly or Annual) or one-time lifetime purchases. Every transaction is processed securely through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under that store’s terms and billing mechanisms. We never receive, process, or store your credit card or financial details.
Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal: If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, your account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same duration unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the close of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.
Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account (on Android) or Apple ID Subscriptions settings (on iOS), or via the in-app Customer Center in Settings. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals; you retain full access to Pro benefits until the end of your active paid billing cycle.
Restoring Purchases: You can restore active subscriptions and lifetime purchases on any compatible device logged into the same store account using the "Restore purchases" option in the game’s settings or purchase screens.
Nature of Digital Content: ArrowGo Pro removes non-rewarded advertisements and immediately unlocks all themes. All puzzle levels, chapters, hints, and core gameplay features remain 100% free to play without purchase. In-game unlocks and digital entitlements have no monetary value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for real cash, and cannot be transferred outside your platform store account.
Price Changes: Prices are established per store and currency and may be updated periodically by us or the store. Any price changes for existing recurring subscriptions will be communicated with advance notice as required by store policies.
Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the app store that took the payment, under that store’s refund policy — Google Play or the Apple App Store as applicable. That is the fastest route, and usually the only one that can actually return money to your payment method.
Separately from any store policy, you may have statutory rights to a refund under the consumer law where you live, for example if content is faulty or not as described. Nothing here removes those rights.
If a purchase went wrong and the store cannot help, tell us at loopfoldstudio@gmail.com and we will do what we reasonably can.
Advertising
The game displays advertising supplied by third-party partners. We do not control the content of individual ads and are not responsible for the products or services they promote.
Third-Party Services
The game relies on your operating system, your app store and a small number of third-party components. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
The current list for this game is set out in the ArrowGo Privacy Policy.
User-Generated Content
ArrowGo has no chat, no comments, no profiles and no other way to submit content, so there is no user-generated content in this game and nothing here for us to moderate.
Anything you choose to post elsewhere — a screenshot on social media, say — is yours and is governed by that platform, not by us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The game is provided "as is". Beyond what the law requires of us, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or every future operating system version.
Consumer law in many countries gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded — that digital content is of satisfactory quality and matches its description, for example. Those guarantees apply to you in full, and nothing in this section limits them.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game, such as lost data, lost time or lost profits.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a game that charges nothing, will usually be nothing.
Some countries do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
If you use the game unlawfully or in breach of these Terms and that causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to be responsible for the reasonable costs of that claim.
This applies only to the extent the claim results from your own conduct, and it does not apply where local consumer law says otherwise.
Termination
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game.
We may end your licence if you materially breach these Terms. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
Loopfold Studio makes its games available worldwide, and we have not designated a single national law as governing these Terms for every player. In practice this works in your favour: the consumer-protection law of the country where you live applies to you, with its full force.
Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights that law gives you, or your ability to bring a claim in your local courts. If you need to know the jurisdiction in which we are established — for a formal complaint, for example — ask us and we will tell you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the game develops. When we do, we change the version and "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For material changes we will make the change clear rather than quiet. Continuing to play after an update means the revised Terms apply to you; if you would rather not accept them, you can uninstall the game.
