Overview
This page explains how account and data deletion works for ArrowGo, published by Loopfold Studio.
It sits alongside the ArrowGo Privacy Policy, which describes in full what the game stores and where.
Does This Apply to You?
This page exists so that the answer is easy to find, and so that it is already here if a future version of ArrowGo ever introduces accounts.
What the Game Stores
Everything ArrowGo remembers — progress, settings, streaks, achievements and statistics — is written to storage on your own device. None of it is sent to us and none of it is stored on a server.
The full list is in the ArrowGo Privacy Policy.
How to Delete Your Data
Because the data is yours and it is on your device, you can remove it yourself at any time without asking us:
- In-Game Reset: Open Settings → Data → Reset to clear all stored levels, streaks, and statistics on your device.
- Device Settings: Clear app storage and cache for ArrowGo via your device’s Application Settings.
- Uninstallation: Uninstalling ArrowGo immediately deletes all local save data from your device.
- Advertising ID Reset: Reset or delete your device Advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Subscription Cancellation: Cancel active subscriptions through Google Play Subscriptions or Apple ID Subscriptions.
Deleting this data is immediate and permanent. Progress, streaks and achievements cannot be recovered afterwards, because no copy exists anywhere else.
If You Have Contacted Us
The one situation in which we hold anything about you is if you have emailed us. In that case we have your message and your email address.
You can ask us to delete that correspondence by writing to loopfoldstudio@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data". Tell us which address you wrote from so we can find it.
We aim to deal with requests within 30 days.
What We May Need to Keep
In limited cases the law requires a business to retain certain records even after a deletion request — for example records relating to a legal claim, or to tax and accounting obligations.
For ArrowGo this is unlikely to arise, since we hold no game data and the game sells nothing. If any of it did apply to a request you made, we would tell you what we were keeping and why.
Contact
Deletion requests and any questions about this page go to the same place.
