Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what ArrowGo does with information, and what it does not do. ArrowGo is a puzzle game published by Loopfold Studio.
It is written to be read, not skimmed past. Where the honest answer is "nothing", it says so plainly, and where something does leave your device it says exactly what and to whom.
Loopfold Studio also publishes a studio-wide Privacy Policy describing how we work across all of our games. This page is the one that governs ArrowGo; where the two differ, this page wins for this game.
Who We Are
ArrowGo is developed and published by Loopfold Studio, an independent studio that develops and publishes mobile games, puzzle games and other digital entertainment products.
For anything in this policy, or for any question about privacy in ArrowGo, write to us at loopfoldstudio@gmail.com. A person reads that inbox.
The Game This Policy Covers
This policy applies to the ArrowGo mobile game on Android and iOS, identified as follows.
- Game
- ArrowGo (Puzzle)
- Publisher
- Loopfold Studio
- Platforms
- Android and iOS
- Android application ID
- com.mindra.arrowgo
- Google Play Store
- Open on Google Play (opens in a new tab)
- iOS bundle ID
- com.mindra.arrowgo
It does not cover our other games — each has its own policy describing its own behaviour — and it does not cover the app stores themselves, which handle your download and any store account under their own privacy policies.
Information We Collect
ArrowGo collects limited technical, diagnostic, advertising and aggregated gameplay data through trusted third-party SDKs to serve ads, process in-app purchases, and diagnose technical errors. We do not collect direct personal identifiers such as your real name, email address, physical address, phone number, or precise GPS coordinates.
What the game stores on your device
ArrowGo does have to remember things between sessions, and it does that in local storage on your device. This information stays there. It is not transmitted to us and we have no way to read it.
| Category | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Settings | chosen theme and arrow style, sound and music volume, haptics on or off, colourblind-safe palette, ad consent choices |
| Progress | completed levels, stars earned, mistake counters, completion times, hint counts, player XP and levels |
| Streaks | daily puzzle history, current and longest streak, freeze tokens remaining |
| Achievements | unlocked achievements, trophies, and milestone timestamps |
| Statistics | aggregate counters such as total puzzles solved, rush mode records, and rating dialog display flags |
On Android, automatic cloud backup is disabled (allowBackup="false"), keeping your data private to your local device. On iOS, local files reside in the app’s secure sandbox and may be included in device/iCloud backups according to your iOS settings.
Information We Do Not Collect
It is worth being specific about the categories of information that this game does not touch at all:
- Account credentials — there are no user accounts, passwords, or registration profiles.
- Direct payment credentials — all billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never receive or store your credit card or bank details.
- Messages or user content — there is no chat, no comments and no profile.
- Cloud-stored progress — save progress is kept on your device.
- Precise location — the game never requests GPS access; only approximate region/country derived from IP by ad/analytics networks is processed.
- Contacts, photos, microphone or camera — the game asks for none of these sensitive permissions.
- Personal identity records — we do not collect your legal name, physical address, or phone number.
Information Collected Automatically
Loopfold Studio collects nothing automatically directly to our own servers — we operate no player database servers that ArrowGo communicates with. There are, however, network requests made to trusted service providers for core functionality, advertising, analytics, and font delivery:
| Goes to | When | What is sent |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob (googleads.g.doubleclick.net / pagead2.googlesyndication.com) | when requesting and rendering banner, interstitial, native, app-open, or rewarded ads | advertising identifier (where user consent is granted), device model, OS version, approximate location from IP, and ad interaction events. |
| Google Analytics for Firebase (app-measurement.com / firebaselogging.googleapis.com) | periodically as gameplay milestones (level complete, daily puzzle, ad views) occur | anonymous app instance identifier, coarse IP-derived location, OS version, device model, and in-game event metrics. |
| Firebase Crashlytics (crashlyticsreports-pa.googleapis.com) | when an unexpected non-fatal exception or application crash occurs | crash stack traces, device model, operating system version, and diagnostic breadcrumbs (active level/screen). |
| RevenueCat & Platform Stores (api.revenuecat.com / Google Play / Apple App Store) | when launching the app, opening the Pro paywall, purchasing, or restoring subscriptions | anonymous app user identifier, store purchase receipts, entitlement verification tokens, and platform OS information. |
| Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) | the first time the game displays a typography style not already cached on device | standard HTTP request headers to retrieve font files. No game data or identifiers are attached. |
Revealing an IP address is unavoidable in any web request — it is how the response finds its way back to your device. We disclose every request because being transparent and accurate matters more than sounding clean.
Permissions the game declares
- Internet access
- required to load advertisements, validate subscriptions and purchases, send anonymous diagnostic and analytics reports, and download display fonts.
- Network state
- checks whether an active network connection exists before attempting network calls, ensuring seamless offline gameplay.
- Vibration
- drives tactile haptic feedback during arrow launches and puzzle clears. You can disable haptics anytime in Settings.
- Advertising ID
- enables Google AdMob to access the Android advertising identifier for ad delivery and frequency capping, subject to user consent.
Beyond the above, ArrowGo is offline-first. Puzzles are generated on your device, so no internet connection is required to play.
How We Use Information
Data collected or processed in connection with ArrowGo is used solely for legitimate operational and gameplay purposes:
- To save your progress, stars, streaks, achievements, and player preferences on your device
- To display contextual or personalised advertisements in accordance with your consent and device privacy settings
- To process in-app purchases, deliver ad-free benefits, and sync subscription entitlements across your devices
- To measure aggregated gameplay flow and level completion rates to balance difficulty and improve game design
- To detect, diagnose, and resolve technical bugs, non-fatal errors, and crash reports
- To respond to support inquiries or correspondence when you contact us
If you email us, we use your message and your email address for one purpose: to answer you and to keep a record of what was asked.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade it with data brokers. Data is shared only with verified service providers that deliver advertising, payment processing, analytics, and crash reporting for the game:
The only circumstances in which information related to this game is shared or disclosed are:
- When you choose to share something yourself, using your device’s share menu — you decide the destination.
- When an integrated service provider (such as Google AdMob, Google Firebase, or RevenueCat) receives a request to serve ads, record diagnostics, or validate purchases, as described in this policy.
- When we are legally required to respond to a valid legal request, and only to the extent required.
- If the game or the studio were ever transferred to another owner, in which case we would inform players before anything changed.
Third-Party Services
ArrowGo utilizes the following third-party services. This is the complete list for the current build:
- Google AdMob (Google LLC) — serves banner, interstitial, native, app-open, and optional rewarded video advertisements. Data involved: advertising identifier, where permitted by user consent and device settings, device, network and approximate IP-derived location information and ad interaction, impression and telemetry events. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) — manages in-app purchase receipts, subscription renewals, and Pro entitlement status across platforms. Data involved: anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription receipts and device and platform information. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Google Play Billing (Google LLC) — processes in-app purchases and subscriptions made on Android. Data involved: purchase and transaction records held by Google Play and payment details, which are handled by Google and are never received by us. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Apple In-App Purchase (Apple Inc.) — processes in-app purchases and subscriptions made on iOS. Data involved: purchase and transaction records held by Apple and payment details, which are handled by Apple and are never received by us. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC) — measures aggregate gameplay events such as level starts and completions to guide design decisions. Data involved: app instance identifier, device and operating system information, approximate location derived from IP address and in-app event names and parameters. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — reports crashes and errors so they can be diagnosed and fixed. Data involved: crash stack traces, device state and model, operating system version and installation identifier. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) — delivers the display typefaces used in the game interface the first time they are needed. Data involved: IP address and standard HTTP request metadata (such as user-agent), as with any web request. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Google Play In-App Review (Google LLC) — shows the operating system’s own rating dialog so a player can rate the game without leaving it. Data involved: none reaching us — the dialog belongs to Google Play, and the game receives no rating, review text or account information back. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Operating system share sheet (Apple Inc. / Google LLC) — hands a result card to the share menu built into the device so the player can choose where to send it. Data involved: only the text and image the player chose to share, passed only to the app the player picks. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
These providers handle what they receive under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies using the links provided above.
Advertising
ArrowGo shows advertisements, delivered by Google AdMob. To do this, Google receives your device's advertising identifier (where permitted), coarse location derived from IP, and device telemetry.
Ad Personalisation & User Choices: In regions where consent is required by law (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the game displays a consent form before requesting ads. You can change your ad personalisation choices at any time in Settings → Legal → Privacy settings, or reset your advertising ID in your device’s system settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
ArrowGo displays banner, interstitial, native, app-open, and optional rewarded video ads delivered by Google AdMob.
Ad Personalisation & Consent: In jurisdictions where consent is required (such as the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), a Google UMP consent form is presented before requesting ads. You can update your choices at any time in Settings → Legal → Privacy settings.
iOS App Tracking Transparency: On iOS, tracking permission is requested under Apple guidelines. Declining tracking is fully supported and does not restrict access to gameplay.
Rewarded Ads: Rewarded video ads are strictly voluntary and player-initiated. Watching a rewarded ad provides in-game perks such as extra hints, rush revives, or theme previews. Declining a rewarded ad carries no penalty.
Ad Frequency & Pacing: Full-screen ads follow strict pacing cooldowns and session caps to protect the calming puzzle experience. The initial chapter is completely ad-free.
Ad-Free Upgrade: Players can remove non-rewarded ads by subscribing to ArrowGo Pro or purchasing the lifetime unlock.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
Analytics
ArrowGo measures how the game is played using the services below.
Firebase Analytics gathers anonymous event telemetry (such as level completions, daily puzzle clears, ad impressions, and purchase events) alongside an anonymous app instance identifier and coarse location derived from IP address.
This data is aggregated to help us balance puzzle difficulty, diagnose progression issues, and improve the game. It is never associated with personal identities and is never sold.
Crash and error reporting
Crashes are reported automatically so that we can diagnose and fix them, using the services below.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — reports crashes and errors so they can be diagnosed and fixed. Data involved: crash stack traces, device state and model, operating system version and installation identifier. See their privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs, non-fatal errors, operating system version, device model, and contextual breadcrumbs when an error occurs.
This diagnostic data is used exclusively to find, debug, and patch stability issues.
Separately from the game, your app store may give us aggregate, anonymised statistics — install counts, crash rates across all devices, ratings. These come from the store, not from the game, and they do not identify you.
Purchases and Payments
Purchases in this game are processed by the app store you installed it from. Your payment details go to the store, never to us — we receive only confirmation that a purchase happened.
ArrowGo offers optional premium upgrades under "ArrowGo Pro", available as Monthly or Annual auto-renewing subscriptions, or a one-time Lifetime unlock.
ArrowGo Pro removes banner, interstitial, native, and app-open ads, and unlocks all current and future visual themes immediately.
Fair Play Guarantee: All 800+ puzzle levels, rush mode, daily puzzles, and hints remain 100% free to play. There are no paywalls on core levels, no artificial timers, and no energy meters.
Billing & Processing: In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Loopfold Studio never receives or stores your payment details.
Subscription Management & Auto-Renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Google Play / Apple ID settings, or in-app via Settings → Manage subscription.
Restoring Purchases: You can restore previously purchased Pro entitlements on any supported device using the "Restore purchases" option in Settings or on the Pro paywall.
Children’s Privacy
ArrowGo is a calming puzzle game designed for general audiences of all ages. It contains no violence, mature themes, user-generated content, or open communication features.
ArrowGo is a general-audience game rather than one directed specifically at children.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable European jurisdictions). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at loopfoldstudio@gmail.com and we will promptly remove it.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information — for example by emailing us — contact us at loopfoldstudio@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device until reset or uninstalled. Anonymous analytics and crash logs are retained by Google Firebase under standard diagnostic retention windows (up to 14 months) before automated deletion.
- Gameplay progress, statistics, settings, and streak records are stored solely in local device storage and are removed upon app uninstallation or clearing data.
- Anonymous event telemetry and crash reports sent to Google Firebase are aggregated and automatically aged out according to standard Firebase retention schedules.
- Purchase entitlement tokens managed by RevenueCat are retained as long as necessary to synchronize subscription status and honor lifetime unlocks.
- Any customer support correspondence sent to our contact email is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request and maintain necessary legal/tax records.
Data Deletion
You are in full control of ArrowGo’s data, because all of it is on your device:
- In-Game Reset: Open Settings → Data → Reset to clear all stored levels, streaks, and statistics on your device.
- Device Settings: Clear app storage and cache for ArrowGo via your device’s Application Settings.
- Uninstallation: Uninstalling ArrowGo immediately deletes all local save data from your device.
- Advertising ID Reset: Reset or delete your device Advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Subscription Cancellation: Cancel active subscriptions through Google Play Subscriptions or Apple ID Subscriptions.
Because ArrowGo does not use account logins or central user profile databases, deleting local data removes your gameplay history permanently.
To request deletion of any support email correspondence or inquire about anonymous diagnostic records, contact us at loopfoldstudio@gmail.com.
Full details, including what applies if you have emailed us, are on the ArrowGo account and data deletion page.
Data Security
We take the view that the most reliable way to protect information is not to gather it in the first place, and that principle shapes how this game is built.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that the surface area here is deliberately small.
International Data Transfers
The third-party providers named above operate globally, so a request your device makes to them may be served from, or processed in, a country other than your own. Those transfers are governed by each provider’s own privacy policy and safeguards.
If you email us, your message reaches us wherever we are, which may be outside the country you live in.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you rights over personal information processed in connection with the game. Those typically include the right to know what is held, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to certain uses, and to complain to a regulator.
Because ArrowGo does not require accounts or user profiles, data we directly hold is limited to support correspondence you have sent to us. Third-party telemetry (such as anonymous analytics or crash logs) is tied to rotating installation or advertising identifiers rather than your personal identity. You can exercise self-service control by resetting your device Advertising ID, adjusting in-game privacy consent in Settings → Legal → Privacy settings, or wiping local game data in Settings → Data.
To exercise any right, write to loopfoldstudio@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for a request or treat you differently for making one.
If you are in the United States
State privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, give residents of certain states rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them.
We do not sell your personal information. Under California and other state laws, delivering personalised advertising may be considered a "share" or "sale". You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through the in-game consent settings (Settings → Legal → Privacy settings) or via your device’s system privacy controls.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland
The UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Where personal data or telemetry is processed, we rely on your consent (for personalised advertising, collected via Google UMP), our legitimate interests in maintaining, balancing and diagnosing the game, and contractual necessity (for processing in-app purchases and syncing ArrowGo Pro entitlements).
Additional Disclosures
Sharing a result card
When you tap Share on a Daily Puzzle result or milestone, ArrowGo composes a summary image and text and hands them to the operating system’s native share sheet. The game itself does not transmit your shared content to any external server.
App Store rating prompts
At appropriate milestones, ArrowGo may request the Google Play or Apple App Store native rating prompt. That dialog belongs entirely to the store operating system: Loopfold Studio receives no personal information, review text, or rating score from the prompt.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We will update this policy when ArrowGo changes what it does. That is a commitment with teeth: if a future version adds analytics, advertising, accounts, cloud saves or purchases, this page is updated in the same release, and the "Last updated" date and version at the top will change with it.
For significant changes — anything that means data starts leaving your device that did not before — we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the text. Previous versions remain available on request.
Continuing to play after an update means the revised policy applies to you.
