01Overview

This page explains how account and data deletion works for Miodoku, published by Loopfold Studio.

It sits alongside the Miodoku Privacy Policy, which describes in full what the game stores and where.

02Does This Apply to You?

Miodoku has no accounts. There is no sign-up, no sign-in and no profile, so there is no account to delete and we hold no server-side data about you to erase.

This page exists so that the answer is easy to find, and so that it is already here if a future version of Miodoku ever introduces accounts.

03What the Game Stores

Everything Miodoku remembers — progress, settings, streaks, achievements and statistics — is written to storage on your own device. None of it is sent to us and none of it is stored on a server.

The full list is in the Miodoku Privacy Policy.

04How to Delete Your Data

Because the data is yours and it is on your device, you can remove it yourself at any time without asking us:

  1. In-Game Reset: Clear active puzzle data and preferences from within the app settings.
  2. Device Settings: Clear app storage and cache for Miodoku in your device’s Application Settings (Android: Settings → Apps → Miodoku → Storage → Clear Data; iOS: delete and reinstall the app).
  3. Uninstallation: Uninstalling Miodoku immediately and permanently deletes all locally saved puzzles, statistics, and streaks from your device.

Deleting this data is immediate and permanent. Progress, streaks and achievements cannot be recovered afterwards, because no copy exists anywhere else.

05If You Have Contacted Us

The one situation in which we hold anything about you is if you have emailed us. In that case we have your message and your email address.

You can ask us to delete that correspondence by writing to loopfoldstudio@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data". Tell us which address you wrote from so we can find it.

We aim to deal with requests within 30 days.

06What We May Need to Keep

In limited cases the law requires a business to retain certain records even after a deletion request — for example records relating to a legal claim, or to tax and accounting obligations.

For Miodoku this is unlikely to arise, since we hold no game data and the game sells nothing. If any of it did apply to a request you made, we would tell you what we were keeping and why.

07Contact

Deletion requests and any questions about this page go to the same place.
